Diatomaceous Earth is a naturally occurring rock formed from fossilized remains of aquatic organisms and helps support elimination of toxins, heavy metals, bacteria, viruses, worms and parasites when taken internally.
Diatomaceous earth has a wide range of uses including facial scrub and mask, food storage, garden pest control and deodoriser. This food grade powder can also be used for pets to eliminate worms, parasites, and topically to control fleas.

Diatomaceous Earth Powder 200g.
SUGGESTED USE
Adults – Take 1 - 2 teaspoons of diatomaceous earth with a glass of water on empty stomach twice daily, or as professionally recommended. Start with one teaspoon daily and gradually increase the dosage as desired. Do not exceed 2 tablespoons daily. Ensure to drink at least 8 glasses of water daily to stay hydrated.
CAUTIONS
Seek professional health advice if pregnant, breastfeeding, suffer from a medical condition, or take medication before supplementing. In rare cases, this product may cause Herxheimer reaction (i.e. abdominal discomfort and flu-like symptoms) if taken internally, which should disappear after a few days.
